Conductix-Wampfler Announces Agreement to Divest RollerTwist Business to Setic & Pourtier

Belley, France / Roanne, France – September 18, 2026 - Conductix-Wampfler, a global leader in energy and data management systems for mobile industrial equipment, today announced the signing of an agreement with Setic & Pourtier, a leading manufacturer of machinery for the wire and cable industry, for the sale of the RollerTwist business activity.

The transaction agreement was signed on September 17, 2026, with the closing of the transaction expected to occur by around mid-October 2026, subject to the completion of closing deliverables.

RollerTwist is internationally recognized for its advanced cable stranding technology and has earned a strong reputation over decades of service to the cable manufacturing industry. With this transaction, Setic & Pourtier will strengthen its position as a comprehensive cable production machinery provider, while Conductix-Wampfler’s cable machinery business unit will remain focused on the optical fiber machinery offering.
